About the project
The Wee Vinoteca (WV) is an award winning wine shop and bar with the exciting prospect of expanding to multiple sites. The owner’s main concern was to build a marketing strategy to support their growth plans and aid in the automation of their back-end processes. They spent a lot of time on admin tasks and were looking for viable solutions to help them automate some of the processes.
Focus7 was chosen to be a trusted strategic partner to help WV define the marketing steps required to achieve their objectives.
Website Design and Automation
To start with, Focus7 ran a series of workshops to get to the heart of the business and define its strengths and weaknesses while identifying the different audiences they should be targeting with their marketing efforts.
Going through this process revealed that the website needed to be upgraded to include integration and automation utilising a fit-for-purpose CRM which would allow them to retain and engage existing and new customers.
The new website needed enhanced search and purchase functionality for both products and subscriptions while facilitating the booking process for the bar and events.

Focus7 designed and built a beautiful new website which encourages people to sign up to wine subscriptions and has improved search and filtering functionality for products as well as events. This allows customers to search and discover new wines and events with ease.
Email automation has been improved and the new CRM allows the owners to focus on growing their business without needing to worry about time-consuming admin work.
