Brand presence and automated journeys for Riverbanks Wellness
Led by Dr Ravi Jain, the Riverbanks Wellness clinic is a doctor led clinic in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, offering non-surgical facelifts, fat reduction, skin rejuventation and wrinkle cures in a peaceful, safe and welcoming environment. Focus7 have worked with Riverbanks Wellness for the past few years to increase the clinic's brand presence on social media and create a seamless, automated journey for new and existing customers to book consultations and treatments through the Riverbanks Wellness app.
Automating revenue streams and seamless marketing communications
When Riverbanks Wellness's owner Dr Ravi Jain approached Focus7, he had identified the need to create revenue streams without such a strong reliance on Dr Jain himself generating the revenue, enabling him to treat patients more. Whilst successfully offering many treatments, the clinic did not have the means or resource to market them all to new and existing patients. There was a strong need for the development of consistent marketing across all channels which reatured easily-digestible information for patients to make the decision to choose Riverbanks Wellness.
Website relaunch and multi-channel integrated marketing programme
A complete marketing programme for Riverbanks wellness which included:
- A redesigned website including integration to the MindBody online booking system
- Printed materials for in clinic to promote treatment events and offer schemes
- Digital campaign management for top 3 treatments
- A full social media programme for Facebook and Instagram
How it's going
Increased conversion to dedicated pages
Since the launch of the brand-new website in 2020, we have monitored the website’s performance whilst performing regular updates to ensure the existing treatments were attracting the right audience and increasing traffic to the website. The website also required new treatment pages and additional automation which were introduced by the clinic since 2020.
Over the course of 2 years, we have seen significant improvements to the number and quality of visitors to the website as well as increased conversions to dedicated PPC landing pages.
