Vantage specialised in the development and marketing of Field Service Management software, designed to deliver SMEs with game-changing levels of efficiency and control. But with the marketplace moving fast, the company needed to keep ahead of competitors with a radical overhaul of both its brand, and its product.



The solution
Reformulated marketing and communications strategy
We drove a reformulated marketing and communications strategy, complete with a refreshed brand identity expressed through website, video, stationery pack, signage and online and print advertising. An integrated email campaign segmented customer and prospect audiences to deliver a fruitful yet manageable sales pipeline.



The results
Vantage online was a huge success
The new product implementation – Vantage Online – was a huge success. No customers complained or expressed disappointment at the transition which delivered concerted year-on-year growth. In fact, it was all such a hit that Vantage became a target for its biggest competitor, Asolvi, which acquired Vantage and retained all of its key staff.
