Professional Travel Advisors branding and membership website

Developing the brand & website for Professional Travel Advisors, a new platform matching holiday makers with independent travel advisors. This project aimed to bring travel agents into the digital era and bring consumers back to the golden age of leisure travel.

They understood our operational requirements and designed and built a superb web portal that provides great customer experience, whilst allowing our advisors to create and manage their own profiles, without losing the power of the overall brand.

“In creating Pro Travel Advisors, we had a clear understanding of our target market, the problems we were solving, who we were targeting and what opportunities and benefits we could to deliver. We also knew how we wanted our process to flow between online and offline and to bring people together. Conceptually we were pretty much there, but what we didn't have was a visual brand identity or any understanding of how to physically create a website solution that would allow us to do this. Focus7 dug into our thinking and homed in our purpose, to create unique travel experiences for those for who travel is a passion. They took that thought and created a brand identity that evokes the nostalgia of a golden age of travel, when travel was a dream not a chore. They created designs that look back to the past, but look relevant and appealing to today's audience.
