Overview
Uniting two brands
The landscape for businesses has changed in the past couple of years and many businesses have grown through mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The opportunities for growth through M&A are considerable but uniting two brands can prove challenging.
Our Merger and Acquisition Strategic Workshops are specifically designed to ensure a full strategic review of the strengths and opportunities within the businesses alongside extensive customer profiling, journey mapping, brand definition and the exploration of competitive opportunities.
Conducted face to face in our offices or a neutral location – we bring together the key stakeholders giving them much needed time and head space away from the business.
Ran over two-to-three-day, these workshops are hard work but insightful and in depth. The workshops create breakthroughs moments which get to the heart of the business and help it beat faster!

defining moment
We help businesses Define, Ignite and Grow
Defining is the most important stage as it sets the landscape for growth and progression and we make sure we have fun along the way to ensure this crucial ‘definition’ stage plays to the strengths and opportunities in the room.
On average we conduct one to two strategic M&A workshops a fortnight and recently we’ve delivered for three very different businesses.
One of these operates in the executive coaching and training arena, but its key advantage is the tech platform in which personal coaching and training is delivered. The main asset within the business is the ability to scale leadership and development programmes across global teams.

Another business we’ve recently worked with is an incredibly innovative medical procedure business. They have unearthed the power of biology to supplement traditional medicine, bringing life changing results to their client base of patients who have been suffering for far too many years with gut and digestion issues.

branding and strategy
what next?
A final example of some very recent work is with a large group that operates exclusively in the health care and NHS sector. They provide a whole host of building operations, construction, maintenance and management solutions which ensure the NHS is fit for purpose and delivering the best patient care. Their programs ensure staff and services are fully optimised to deliver from the most effective buildings and healthcare settings.
Having worked on the group strategy we’re now cascading this work through the individual divisions of the group. The aim is to deliver a cohesive and joined up strategy, taking in branding that allows each business to thrive in its own target market whilst being aligned to the group purpose.
