Anglo is a distinctive brand in office supplies, with a huge passion for sustainable, eco-friendly service delivery. London is very much their patch, and they work hard with clients to not just reduce waste, but to recycle it into repurposed note pads, pens and pencils. Anglo continues to be a leader in changing the facilities management world for the better, with Focus7 alongside.

Transforming the Office Supplies marketplace

Anglo knew that their future depended on leading the transformation of the marketplace. They wanted to be different, but they needed our input to help generate new business and improved ROI. Together we targeted delivering a robust, integrated CRM system; driving awareness of a new website, instigating marketing programmes for all service areas; and increasing sales from existing customers.

The solution

Positioning Anglo as industry disruptors

Our starting point was a complete website overhaul to move Anglo from a basic brochure site to a visually engaging experience that communicated the brand’s ‘dawn ‘til dusk’ service approach. This ushered in a four-year period of brand amalgamation, collateral updates and automated campaigns that successfully positioned Anglo as industry disruptors.
