LIVING WAGE – We are also very proud to be a https://www.livingwage.org.uk/ employer, which means that we have pledged to pay our Focus7 team a real living wage and not just the minimum wage or national living wage … and we are super proud of that!
MENOPAUSE WORKPLACE PLEDGE – As a woman owned and led business, we are also very proud to have signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge from https://www.wellbeingofwomen.org.uk/. Women make up nearly half of the UK workforce, but around 900,000 have quit their jobs because of the menopause. People often struggle with their menopause symptoms in the workplace. This is why we are proud to sign the Menopause Workplace Pledge at Focus7 and take positive action to make sure everyone going through the menopause is supported.
REFUGEES – We have also been struck by the terrible events happening all over the world recently, in particular Afghanistan and Ukraine. The team really wanted to help in any small way we can. Should any refugee or displaced person fleeing conflict or persecution wish to discuss working for us or freelancing or becoming a supplier, please do get in touch and we will guarantee an interview or discussion.
