PURPOSE & GIVING BACK

Giving back isn’t just part of our Corporate Social Responsibility ‘CSR’ and Environmental, Social and Governance ‘ESG’ policies – it’s our way of working.  We our purpose-driven and support you to achieve the same and learn how to make a difference.

At Focus7 we are socially conscious and many of our team are volunteers and support various charities and we fundraise for a number of fantastic local and national charities, including Isabel Hospice, Asthma UK, and Alzheimer’s Research UK.

We are proudly veteran-owned and as signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, we pledge our support to the Armed Forces Community and continue this through assisting and supporting veteran charities and the Reserve Forces and Cadet Association.  We are proud recipients of the MoD’s Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award, the highest accolade to be awarded to business who support the Armed Forces.

We are also passionate about doing our bit for the environment – promoting green and sustainable practices and choosing to work with suppliers, clients and partners who share our eco-friendly and sustainability values. So much so, we’ve even been finalists for regional environmental awards!

And we are hugely proud to be working with B Corps UK to to meet the high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

VIDA BARR-JONES

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

With passion and professionalism in abundance, Vida Barr-Jones has an impressive track record of establishing and meeting business goals. Vida brings 34 years of commercial experience, having spent eleven years as a Board Director at Europe’s largest FTSE-listed office products wholesaler. Vida is an inspirational leader known for excellent communication and engagement across all levels and for getting to the heart of your business and making it beat faster.  Vida is a Freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Stationers and Newspaper Makers.

LEONA BARR-JONES

Founder & Chief Operating Officer

A successful business owner by age twenty, and with a varied 21-year military career including five years at the MoD Head Office, Whitehall.  Leona has managed the successful implementation of major change programmes both in the UK and worldwide, including the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics operational readiness for Transport for London.  Leona is known for her first class inspirational leadership and management skills and talks regularly about inclusive leadership.  Leona is an IoD Director of the Year and Soldiering On Awards winner and Fellow – FIoD, FCMI, FInstLM and FIAB.

Aarti Parmar

Brand Strategist

Aarti Parmar believes a brand must be clear on the inside to shine on the outside. She started a creative agency when she was only 24, which led to a 15-year journey in branding and mindfulness. Her Brand Mindfulness concept evolved, and she’s using it to help small businesses build beautiful brands – inside and out.

Belinda Prescott-Collins

Director of Delivery 

Belinda’s approach is to create carefully crafted marketing that allows ambitious brands to engage and emotionally connect with their customers; driving actions that result in real business benefit and demonstrable ROI. Her approach to understanding audiences, exposing the most effective, integrated communication channels and aligning messages with the audiences’ emotional and psychological needs delivers tangible business results.

Bridget Webb

Head of Operations

Bridget oversees operations and ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the business, enabling Focus7 to continue to provide our services to our clients.

Dawn Saltmer

Business Automation Manager

Dawn heads up our business automation team, and is highly skilled in managing software and training clients in its use. As a HubSpot and Keap Certified Partner, Dawn can structure your data and CRM system to their optimum effect, and to train, onboard and support you on an ongoing basis.

Char Bryce

Account Manager

Char expertly drives project delivery as Focus7’s Account Manager bringing years of experience in SaaS sales, software implementation and project management across SMEs and global organisations. She’s bringing her extensive knowledge in sales processes, customer engagement and client retention alongside her passion for understanding your business and desire to help you succeed.

Fay Monk

Executive Assistant

Fay is EA to our team of Directors, Office Manager and provides support with administration, HR, IT and Health & Safety.

Charlotte Mayes

Finance Co-Ordinator

Charlotte works for the operations team and runs our finance, dealing with day to day finance admin, including purchase orders, invoicing and petty cash.

Jen Denman

Account Director

Jen works as your Account Director, being a single point of contact for marketing support and delivery. With a background in Ad agencies, she is an expert on delivering fully integrated, international campaigns, to planning large-scale CRM strategies that deliver both customer and business value.

Gemma Stefani

Account Manager

After years in Account Management and Customer Relations, Gemma is always eager to connect with clients and help them to optimise their businesses’ full potential. With a passion for project management and bundles of energy, she strongly believes that all business is people business.

Lorna Buckle

Senior Graphic Designer

Lorna joins the team as our Senior Graphic Designer. With her strong background in design, Lorna has honed her branding, illustration and typography skills over the years working in-house for companies across various sectors as well as with agencies for a wide scope of clients.
